Endless Wait for a Simple Medication Refill

I attempt to schedule a consultation, but they claim no availability, instructing me to ring back at 8am the following workday. Upon doing so, they again state no appointments exist. For several months, I've persistently requested my prescription be set to automatic repeat, yet they've completely failed to address this. Additionally, every time I contact them, I'm stuck waiting first in line for thirty minutes before anyone even picks up the phone. The service is absolutely abysmal.
