Endless wait just to hear no appointments

Absolutely absurd customer service. I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for three consecutive days. I began calling at 8 AM and endured a 90-minute wait, only to be told that all time slots are completely occupied. The staff member's attitude made it abundantly clear they were eager to end the conversation as quickly as possible. It's inconceivable that appointments are somehow fully booked by 8 in the morning, with no availability for even the following day. After wasting an hour and a half on hold, I was dismissively instructed to try calling again tomorrow at 8 AM, which was already 9:30 by that point.
