I waited for an excruciating 65 minutes just to be seen for a basic consultation. The personnel at this establishment evidently have little regard for psychological well-being. This marks the sixth consecutive visit where I've openly conveyed my difficulties, yet no assistance has been forthcoming. The lack of support and empathy is truly disheartening, leaving me feeling more distressed than when I arrived.
