Endless Wait on Customer Support Line

Are you even capable of picking up the phone? I sat as the first caller in the queue for a quarter of an hour and still wasn't able to speak with anyone, and I'm absolutely fed up. I've been dealing with this frustration for weeks, and I'm completely exhausted by the constant lack of response to my calls.
