Endless wait with unhelpful staff

Absolutely terrible reception and medical staff. You're instructed to call at 8:30 AM, only to be placed on hold as the 8th caller, and after half an hour, you've barely moved to 6th in the queue. By the time you finally speak to someone, it's 10:30 AM with no appointments available, forcing you to try again the next morning. The doctors are incredibly discourteous and completely lacking in empathy. I secured a phone consultation through 111 with no specific time given, just a vague promise of a morning call. The physician provided zero helpful advice and was shockingly dismissive, acting as if she were the sole medical professional in existence. She callously suggested I visit a walk-in center, completely ignoring her own professional responsibilities. She clearly needs to find a different career if she's unwilling to show compassion or support her patients. I absolutely would not recommend this practice. I'm definitely switching my general practitioner without hesitation.
