Endless Waiting and Frustrating Phone Calls

If I could give this GP zero stars, I absolutely would. They've been virtually useless since the 'pandemic' began, displaying excessive caution about what appears to be nothing more than a common cold. Moreover, a specific receptionist has repeatedly spoken to me in a disrespectful manner. I've been waiting nearly two years for a follow-up at the balance clinic, with each side blaming the other for the lack of referral. Meanwhile, I continue to suffer from vertigo and balance issues. I've been forced to pay for private blood tests because they refuse to arrange them, which is a significant financial burden I cannot sustain. Approximately a month ago, I called to explain my need for a blood test due to high iron levels and concerning symptoms. I was told to schedule a telephone appointment, which was set for two and a half weeks later. The day before the appointment, I was informed the doctor was sick, and the appointment was cancelled, requiring me to restart the entire process. Their phone system is a nightmare - you're subjected to four minutes of coronavirus information before joining a queue, then left on hold indefinitely, with a 90% chance no one will even answer. This GP is completely unfit for purpose, and frankly, the entire NHS is failing its patients.
