Endless Waiting and Ignored Concerns at Clinic

Booking an appointment is an absolute nightmare - phone lines are perpetually jammed, and even when you finally get through, you're met with disconnected calls. Subsequent attempts reveal no available slots. The practice manager predictably defends these incompetent receptionists' abysmal conduct. On the rare occasion you secure an appointment, doctors are completely disinterested. When you're unwell, their default response is to redirect you to A&E if symptoms worsen, effectively avoiding any real medical care. Face-to-face consultations invariably involve waiting over an hour past your scheduled time. I've never encountered such appalling service, which is a total disgrace to the NHS's core principles. They consistently blame the local pharmacy for communication failures, claiming email issues. I've heard multiple accounts of patients being redirected to other pharmacies because the surgery can't be bothered to properly check their emails. Meanwhile, the pharmacy can definitively prove the date, time, and details of their communication requests. This practice desperately needs immediate closure. Update: Their incompetence continues unabated. They're now dismissing serious health concerns about an infant. Not only do they not care, but they're also willing to fabricate stories about sending cancellation text messages. When challenged, they can't produce evidence - I'm prepared to provide screenshots proving their dishonesty. The suspiciously glowing recent reviews are clearly fabricated, likely created by staff to mask the management's utter failure. The entire situation is infuriating and completely unacceptable.
