Endless waiting for a simple medical appointment

Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this practice. However, today (19.8.24), I experienced significant frustration while attempting to schedule an appointment. At 11:15 am, I was seventh in the phone queue, and by 12:05 pm, I had only progressed to fourth position. During my 50-minute wait, it seemed like only two calls (those ahead of me at positions 6 and 5) were actually addressed. Since in-person appointment requests are not permitted, the process becomes extremely challenging. One has to wonder: are the staff overwhelmed or simply uninterested in responding to incoming calls?
