Endless waiting while battling cancer

I've repeatedly reached out to the clinic to renew my prescription. The GP has failed to prescribe my critical cancer treatment medication, and I'm nearly out of supply with just 10 days remaining. Each phone call requires a 45-minute wait. When I finally speak with someone, they promise to process my prescription within two working days. By the third day, nothing has arrived at my pharmacy. My hospital doctors have sent emails from where I underwent my lumpectomy, yet there's no response and no way to communicate with them. Is this how a GP treats patients? As a cancer patient, I can confirm it's absolutely unacceptable. They're remarkably efficient at de-registration services, though. I've already registered with another local GP clinic. Hazeldene clinic should be shut down, and I've filed an official complaint with the NHS. They're quick to respond to online reviews but completely incapable of providing essential medication for a cancer patient. It's a disgraceful waste of NHS resources over the years.
