Evergreen app frustration leads to healthcare headache

Frustrating experience with the staff and automated phone messages pushing the 'Evergreens App'. The app's major flaw is its restrictive access to GP services, requiring a specific letter or email link with a unique key. Unfortunately, the email link failed, forcing a download through the play store. The staff are overwhelmed with phone calls, and by the time they return your call for an appointment, all slots are already taken. Again, they recommend using the app, but no one is available to assist with setup or navigation. It seems the app's purpose is merely data collection rather than patient support. How does this app actually help patients connect with clinicians? After 9 hours, I'm updating my review because the team genuinely cares. The staff are wonderful, but the Evergreen app desperately needs improved user-friendliness.
