I would award this medical practice a perfect rating for multiple compelling reasons. Despite the widely recognized challenges confronting the National Health Service, my interactions at Church Street have consistently been excellent. While nationwide waiting periods and resource limitations are evident, this surgery manages to deliver an impressively high standard of care that truly stands out. The physicians I've encountered have invariably been meticulous and engaged, carefully listening and comprehensively addressing my medical concerns. A standout aspect is the reception team. They remain consistently supportive, understanding, and streamlined, even during peak periods. They have perpetually gone above and beyond to help with scheduling, medication requests, and general inquiries, which creates a meaningful impact. It's genuinely refreshing to experience such a compassionate and responsive team. Naturally, like any public healthcare facility, occasional delays and obstacles are inevitable, but the overall environment at Church Street epitomizes compassion and professional excellence. I feel truly fortunate to have them as my primary healthcare provider.
