Given the current strain on GP practices, I have been notably impressed by the compassionate and considerate care provided by City Health Centre. After submitting an online triage form, I was promptly contacted with the opportunity to self-refer to physiotherapy, bypassing the need for a GP appointment. This proved to be an excellent suggestion, allowing me to join the waiting list on the same day I initially reached out. Two weeks later, Nuala followed up to inquire about the referral's progress. She generously offered to expedite the process and provided a much-appreciated phone prescription to help manage my pain in the interim. Her follow-up was unexpected, and Nuala was a delight to interact with - incredibly friendly and proactive in her assistance. I cannot express enough gratitude for this personalized and empathetic approach. While I would have been satisfied with this service under normal circumstances, the current pressures on the NHS and its staff make me even more appreciative of her taking the time to understand my situation and provide timely support.
