After a hiatus of more than two decades, we've reconnected with this medical practice. While the facility appears worn and outdated, we've been genuinely impressed by the warmth and support of the staff, particularly considering the limitations of their appointment scheduling system. When I recently expressed worry about a mole, they promptly referred me to the dermatology department at Shrewsbury Hospital. The entire process was remarkably efficient, with a resolution and benign diagnosis achieved within just seven days.
