After enduring years of disappointment and frustration with Islington Medical Centre's subpar service, I recently registered at this new practice with remarkable ease. Immediately, I found myself wondering why I hadn't made this switch much earlier. The level of care here is truly outstanding. Prior to this, my only interactions with Islington Medical Centre since 2019 were rushed, inconsistent phone consultations that never adhered to the scheduled time. Today's consultation with Dr Luke Stinson was a complete revelation - he was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely listened to my concerns. We thoroughly discussed potential treatment approaches and considered adjusting my HRT medication, with a follow-up review scheduled in three months. I was genuinely skeptical that such high-quality care could be found in a London GP practice. In fact, this experience was so positive that I felt compelled to write this review - something I typically only do when lodging a complaint.
