Exceptional doctor makes this practice truly special

Reading the one-star reviews seems exaggerated; I can understand a 3 or 4-star rating for the mentioned reasons, but a 1-star review feels overly harsh. I'm giving a 5-star rating to help balance the perspective. It's evident that people are more likely to complain, while those with positive experiences rarely leave reviews. From my personal experience, the receptionists are inconsistent. Some are incredibly compassionate and make you feel like your concerns genuinely matter, while others seem eager to end the conversation quickly. Dr. Clements is the primary reason for my 5-star rating. She's exceptional - never rushing, always listening, and creating an unprecedented level of comfort, even in potentially awkward situations. Whenever I need thorough investigation and diagnosis, I specifically request her. While I haven't had issues with other doctors, I'm not a frequent patient. The nursing staff are pleasant and competent. The pharmacy staff are adequate, though I've noticed some concerning medication disparities between genders. As a female, my pain relief dosage is consistently lower compared to male patients experiencing less pain who often have medication surplus. I recognize this is a broader NHS issue regarding female healthcare, and I'm hopeful for improvement. Encouragingly, this practice is predominantly female-led, positioning them well to understand and potentially contribute to addressing these systemic challenges.
