He promptly referred us to the appropriate specialist department, facilitating a smooth continuation of our medical care. What truly impressed us was Dr. Singh's remarkable thoroughness—he carefully reviewed our medical history, including international documentation, and provided lucid explanations that demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of our background. His ability to integrate past medical records with our current health concerns was incredibly reassuring and highlighted his remarkable attention to detail and genuine commitment to patient welfare. One aspect that could benefit from improvement is the appointment scheduling system. While we recognize the challenges of managing a busy medical practice and the importance of punctuality, we experienced a longer-than-anticipated wait time despite arriving precisely on schedule. Conversely, we noted the strict policy where even a brief delay can result in forfeiting one's appointment. Although the rationale is understandable, we believe introducing more flexibility or enhanced communication regarding potential delays would significantly improve the patient experience. In summary, GP Surgery delivers outstanding medical care, with Dr. J Singh being a particularly valuable practitioner. We are sincerely thankful for his exceptional efforts and professionalism.
