Positive: I was truly impressed by the swift and seamless process from initial consultation to hospital treatment, which was completed just two months after my first doctor's visit. This experience has been transformative for me, and I am deeply grateful to these exceptional general practitioners. The reception staff are equally remarkable, performing their duties with outstanding professionalism, respect, and genuine compassion. Negative: I recently required additional diagnostic tests for a separate health concern, and the promised procedures were not conducted as discussed during our phone conversation. This left me feeling frustrated and believing my journey was essentially futile, though I'm hopeful this was merely an isolated communication breakdown. I kindly request that if multiple tests like blood work, electrocardiograms, and clinical observations cannot be completed in a single appointment, the scheduling staff should inform patients beforehand. Given my non-local status, such travel inconveniences are particularly challenging for me.
