The medical staff across all roles - from general practitioners to nursing professionals, doctors, and administrative personnel - have consistently provided exceptional service during my interactions over recent years. When urgent care is required, I've been seen promptly, and for non-urgent appointments, the standard 2-3 week waiting period has been reliable. They've been proactive with referrals when needed and even offer specialized services like a travel clinic, which is not available at my husband's local practice in Greenwich.
