Throughout my half-century of medical care, St John's has consistently impressed me. Their staff—both administrative and medical—have been exceptional for generations of my family. They truly excel, particularly during urgent situations. Today's experience was typical of their high standard: I sent an email at 8am and received a callback within 10 minutes. By 10am, I was meeting with Dr Yaganti, who addressed my concerns with remarkable courtesy, expertise, and efficiency. Additionally, their facility itself is wonderfully designed and maintained.
