During the pandemic, they swiftly implemented telephone consultations, which proved to be an effective solution while maintaining in-person access when necessary. Like any healthcare setting, occasional minor errors occur, but in our experience, these have been handled with immediate, polite, and efficient resolution whenever brought to their attention.
