I recently had the pleasure of visiting this GP surgery twice in quick succession, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff's dedication and professionalism truly stood out. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a remarkably kind receptionist who went above and beyond to assist me. Rather than simply directing me to book my blood test online, she took the initiative to secure an appointment for me herself, managing to find an available slot for the very next day. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help were truly refreshing. The doctor I saw was thorough and attentive, addressing all my concerns with care. When it came time for my blood test, the phlebotomist was equally impressive. She displayed great sensitivity by inquiring about any anxieties or issues I might have regarding blood tests before proceeding. Her gentle approach and considerate nature made the procedure as comfortable as possible. It's unfortunate that GP surgeries often face criticism, but my recent encounters here have been nothing but positive. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding, and it's clear that the staff here are committed to providing top-notch service. While I regret not catching the receptionist's name, her helpfulness left a lasting impression. This surgery has certainly set a high standard for patient care, and I'm grateful for the excellent treatment I received during both visits.
