Expensive parking ruins medical practice experience

I visited on November 13th, 2023 for my partner's appointment at this medical facility, which was recommended by our primary care physician. To my absolute dismay, I was slapped with a £100 parking fine for using the practice's own car park - how absurd is it to penalize patients who are simply trying to access medical services? The unprofessionalism reached new heights when I attempted to contact them about the fine. A staff member answered the phone, put me on hold, and then repeatedly hung up on me three times before completely ceasing to respond to my calls. It appears this medical practice already struggles with poor reputation, and these additional issues only serve to further tarnish their image.
