After relocating to Nantwich, I was in urgent need of a new medical practice, especially given my heart failure condition requiring regular prescriptions and monitoring. My previous healthcare provider was absolutely terrible, consistently mishandling my medication refills and leaving me without essential drugs. The reception staff were shockingly discourteous, and every single appointment meant enduring waits of at least 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time. I was determined to avoid a similar experience. Wrenbury doctors immediately welcomed me, with a simple in-person registration process. I was initially anxious about requesting my first prescription online, but to my relief, the procedure went smoothly and has continued without any complications. I've now attended a few appointments, and the medical staff have been wonderfully kind and punctual, never keeping me waiting. I'm genuinely delighted with my choice of practice and feel I've found an excellent healthcare provider.
