While not flawless, my extensive experience with medical procedures at 59 years old gives me a comprehensive view. I can confidently say that despite occasional challenges, you can generally obtain the assistance you need, even if the path isn't always direct. The phone wait times can be lengthy, but I understand the staff are working diligently during these pandemic-complicated times. Although I initially struggled to get a callback from 111, the situation was ultimately resolved promptly. Compared to other reviews, I seem to have been particularly fortunate - every doctor I've encountered has been consistently professional and kind. My COVID experience was exceptional, rating a solid 10/10. Dr. Taylor, though not my primary physician, has been incredibly supportive, stepping in to manage my care with remarkable compassion, especially during last year's difficult period. To reiterate my initial sentiment, it's not a perfect system, but after three years, I genuinely cannot complain. In fact, this might be the most impressive healthcare service I've ever experienced. Whether this is due to luck or quality is for others to judge, but I would absolutely recommend them.
