I rarely write reviews, particularly when everything is satisfactory, but after reading numerous negative comments, I felt compelled to share my perspective on the new booking system. I'm genuinely astonished that so many people struggle with online appointment scheduling. While I acknowledge that not everyone is tech-savvy or has internet access, for computer-literate individuals, this system is significantly more convenient than the previous method of waiting endlessly on the phone, only to be told appointments were fully booked. Now, I can simply send a brief message describing my issue, and for urgent matters, I consistently receive a callback within hours or even secure a same-day face-to-face consultation - something that was previously nearly impossible. I'm thoroughly pleased with both the online platform and the medical services my family receives at this practice. Contrary to some experiences, I've found the receptionists consistently courteous during our phone interactions. The NHS app has also streamlined accessing blood test results, eliminating the need for time-consuming phone calls. The doctors are attentive and exceptionally helpful. Having previously been registered with another local surgery where my experience was traumatic - my three-year-old nearly developed sepsis due to dismissive doctors who labeled me an overly anxious mother when my child had a dangerously high fever for almost a week - Churchill has been a remarkable contrast. My son has consistently received excellent, prompt care whenever needed. I sincerely hope this standard of service continues!
