Farce with repeat prescription

I have pain relief medication for ongoing issues on a repeat prescription, I ordered my usual prescription then was told at the pharmacy when I went to collect that it had not been processsed, nobody from the surgery spoke to me beforehand to let me know anything, it had been stopped and ended a week before a prescription review by phone, this is opiate based and should not be suddenly stopped, in the prescription review by phone the person was questioning my need for pain relief and I was told to make an appointment with a doctor about pain so filled in the online form where I was given an appointment and then spoke to a clinician who said a nameless remote pharmacist must have cancelled it in error so had the prescription reinstated but I only received half the usual dose which I questioned at reception, I was then told I need a medication review with a clinical pharmacist once again just a week after a review, by another clinician H. via text message. Seems they are sending me round in circles on purpose or simply really bad communicative knowledge within the system for something that was their error to start with, one receptionist was dismissive and rude when I asked why my prescription was ended when I needed it urgently rudely raising her voice saying no doctors were in to sign the prescription at 3pm when I needed it. Nightmare place making my mental health worse with this hassle.
