Felt genuinely listened to during appointment

Attended the practice recently and was seen by a clinician. What a wonderful healthcare professional with a compassionate approach to patient care, meticulous in their assessment, and genuinely helpful throughout the appointment. I felt heard and valued, with plenty of time given to my concerns rather than being hurried along. This standard of care would be greatly beneficial to have consistently available at the practice.
