Felt rushed and unheard during consultations
I had disappointing experiences on two separate occasions at this practice. From the outset of both consultations, I felt hurried and undervalued. The clinician frequently cut me off while I was attempting to describe my symptoms, which hindered my ability to express my concerns effectively. It appeared that completing the appointments efficiently was prioritised over genuinely engaging with what I needed to communicate. The approach lacked warmth and understanding, and I departed feeling overlooked and dissatisfied with the support I received. I recognise that healthcare professionals often face significant time constraints, but patients should feel their concerns are being treated with appropriate importance. Regrettably, this was not my experience during these visits. I am currently seeking alternative GP provision and do not intend to return to this practice.
