Felt unheard and dismissed during appointment
I had a disappointing experience with one of the clinicians at this practice. I felt that the consultation lacked thoroughness and that my concerns were not adequately addressed. I was concerned that issues were not being properly investigated and worried this approach could lead to problems worsening. I would appreciate if the practice could review the quality of care provided, as I believe patients deserve more attentive and comprehensive medical attention.
