Over the past decade and a half, I can confidently say that this medical practice has consistently provided exceptional care for both myself and my child. The general practitioners have always been outstanding, and the reception team has been nothing short of remarkable. During my previous visits to the waiting area, I've been genuinely impressed by how the front desk staff manage the bustling environment with such professionalism, warmth, and cheerfulness - a task I personally would find overwhelming with all the activity and constant phone calls. I initially came to this platform simply to retrieve their contact information and was surprised to see some negative feedback about the reception staff. After making my call, I was once again treated with the same efficiency and kindness I've experienced throughout my years here. Therefore, I felt compelled to share my fifteen-year perspective and offer a more balanced view of this practice.
