Freezing Wait, No Appointments at 8am

The medical practice in Liverpool is absolutely dreadful for booking appointments. You're forced to wait outside in freezing, rainy conditions at 7:30 am, only to discover by 8:05 that all slots are already taken. The following day, I made 55 consecutive calls before someone answered, and predictably, all appointments were already gone. It's an utterly ridiculous system. Throughout the day, the surgery appears completely deserted. They've also eliminated the option of requesting a phone consultation later in the day. Now, when you call, the receptionist immediately starts interrogating you about your medical issue, which I find completely inappropriate - I shouldn't have to disclose personal health details to front desk staff. I'm definitely searching for a new healthcare provider.
