During my recent visit for a standard injection, I continue to be impressed by the welcoming atmosphere at this medical center, which starkly contrasts with my former healthcare provider. The entire team demonstrates exceptional professionalism, coupled with genuine warmth and approachability. To illustrate this difference, the previous practice's digital display in the waiting area was predominantly punitive, focusing on potential patient misconduct and associated penalties. In contrast, Lee House's screen highlighted various ways they could support patients, both internally and through broader community resources. This approach, in my view, perfectly encapsulates the practice's commitment to serving Windsor residents. My sincere appreciation goes out to all the staff members.
