Friendly Nurse Saves This Tricky Practice

The medical center's positioning is convenient within the urban area. They've thoughtfully included a ramped entry for wheelchair accessibility. Parking is quite limited, though a pay-and-display option exists nearby. The facilities include a clean, accessible restroom. However, booking an appointment feels like an impossible challenge—almost akin to winning the lottery. It seems they operate with just a single doctor, which is clearly insufficient. In stark contrast, the nursing staff is exceptional, particularly the wonderfully calm and supportive nurse who makes potentially uncomfortable procedures like smear tests much easier. The prescribing nurse is equally impressive. Unfortunately, the doctor appears less engaging, and there are persistent problems with prescription management. Repeat prescriptions frequently fail to reach the local pharmacy on schedule, causing medication interruptions. These ongoing issues have me seriously considering switching to a different medical practice.
