Friendly paramedic fails at final prescription step
I visited the paramedic today, and they were exceptional - incredibly detailed, warm, and offering extensive guidance, far surpassing the quality of physicians at our local practice. They recommended antibiotics for my son and mentioned a doctor needed to approve the prescription. However, after waiting five hours, the pharmacy still hasn't received the signed document! It's absolutely frustrating. My child is suffering terribly from a chest infection, and we're completely stuck because of this administrative delay. Completely ineffective and unhelpful!
I've been stuck on hold for nearly two hours trying to reach a receptionist, and I'm still waiting. This is an absolutely appalling and disgraceful level of customer service.
