Friendly staff but frustrating communication delays

The front desk staff and the phlebotomist who drew my blood were both incredibly pleasant and helpful during my visit last week. However, I'm thoroughly frustrated that despite multiple attempts to contact the office around 8:02 AM, I still haven't managed to schedule a telephone consultation to review my test results. While I understand that operations may not be fully normalized and I'm reasonably confident my vital organs aren't in immediate crisis, a quick confirmation would provide significant peace of mind.
