Friendly staff but pluto-remote with late appointments

It serves its purpose. Staff are pleasant. However, they consistently run behind schedule (e.g., a 15:30 appointment results in being seen at 16:00). Coming from abroad and accustomed to private healthcare, I'm unsure if this delay is standard NHS practice. Another concern: Their medication inventory is lacking. One would reasonably expect basic antibiotics like ampicillin to be readily available in such a facility. And the most glaring issue: This location is absurdly remote. Seriously... it's an considerable distance from the main University campus. EDIT/2019 I find it particularly irritating that they post an identical "we're very sorry... here are some contact numbers" response to every review that isn't a perfect rating. Don't believe me... check other reviews. Exactly the same text. This demonstrates that Google reviews won't necessarily prompt service improvements, but they will certainly inform potential patients. Additional caution: The so-called "24 hour automated appointment system" (essentially a robotic appointment scheduler) is non-functional on weekends. It's utterly ridiculous. An AUTOMATED SYSTEM that takes days off? Completely nonsensical.
