I'd love to split this review into two sections. The personnel at Blackfriars consistently demonstrate exceptional qualities - they're unfailingly courteous, consistently supportive, and invariably professional. I would enthusiastically award the staff a perfect 5-star rating. However, the overall medical practice's performance is disappointingly subpar. Hoping to secure a same-day appointment? You're essentially facing an uphill battle. When your general practitioner recommends a follow-up within the next week and you request an alternative date, you'll likely find yourself waiting a month - and that's assuming the booking system even permits scheduling that far ahead. I'm fully aware that the NHS is struggling with significant resource constraints and staffing challenges, and I absolutely do not blame the wonderful staff members. Nevertheless, obtaining timely medical assistance has become incredibly challenging in the current environment.
