From best surgery to worst nightmare ever

This was once the most exceptional medical practice I'd encountered... until the renovations struck. Instantly, it transformed from a welcoming, warm environment with delightful staff, including a friendly receptionist who always answered promptly, into a cold, sterile labyrinth. The reception personnel have become irritable and unwelcoming, the waiting area is uncomfortable, with a pathetic block and bead contraption replacing the charming toys that used to entertain children. The toilets are uncomfortably close, allowing audible and olfactory insights into patients' private moments. When your interminable wait concludes, you're confronted by the same dismissive male doctor who bellows your name and marches away, expecting you to navigate blindly. He casually dismisses your concerns with generic advice about stress, carbohydrates, and lack of exercise. The aggressive nurse (though one kind nurse remains) further diminishes the experience. Their phone system is equally frustrating - it answers, places you on hold, then periodically creates false hope by simulating an incoming call, only to remind you that you're still waiting. Absolutely dreadful.
