I would like to extend my gratitude to the reception team members. I particularly appreciated the support from two staff members whose names I didn't fully catch. I was experiencing symptoms of what appeared to be an infection, though I was uncertain about the underlying cause. After speaking with a pharmacist who recommended I contact the surgery urgently, I attended for an emergency appointment. The reception staff demonstrated genuine empathy and concern for my situation. They promptly relayed information about my symptoms to the GP, and I was pleased to receive a prescription that was sent directly to the pharmacy. I sometimes wonder why this practice receives criticism, as the team clearly makes considerable effort despite the inevitable challenges that come with healthcare provision. I simply wanted to express my appreciation to everyone involved, as I was experiencing significant discomfort at the time.
