Frustrated after multiple reception runarounds

As an older patient, I found it deeply disheartening to be dismissively addressed by a receptionist with minimal medical understanding, who loudly proclaimed in front of a crowded waiting area that I already had medication for my condition, implying I had no further needs. The administrative process was frustratingly redundant, requiring me to complete access forms twice just to secure an appointment two weeks away. A nurse practitioner contacted me, promising to follow up after consulting a doctor, but this communication never materialized. Upon requesting an earlier appointment, I was curtly told no slots were available and that I had already been prescribed medication. The entire interaction left me feeling humiliated and conspicuous while other patients watched, some of whom were waiting with functioning check-in systems. Eventually, I navigated the bureaucratic maze again and successfully obtained an appointment. I am compelled to ask: Is this the standard of care now expected from the Myrtle Group? Notably, these disappointing experiences had absolutely no connection to actual medical treatment or professional healthcare.
