Frustrated patient after ten years of declining service

I've been a patient at this practice for nearly ten years, and I must candidly admit that the service quality has dramatically declined. While Zoe at reception remains exceptional and consistently helpful, other staff members appear indifferent. Phone wait times average around 30 minutes, and the experience is so frustrating that I'd rather physically visit the clinic than endure the call. The constant turnover of doctors has significantly disrupted service continuity, though I'm grateful Dr Lefevre remains a constant. Nursing standards have also sharply deteriorated - during my last interaction, I actually had to demonstrate to a nurse the correct technique for medication fluid extraction and injection. Finding competent personnel for basic medical tasks has become increasingly challenging. I recognize these issues are exacerbated by NHS funding constraints, and I'm aware that providing feedback feels futile. Currently, I've been waiting 56 minutes just to reach reception, which is completely unacceptable. The overall lack of professional care is deeply disheartening. I'd prefer to use an e-consult, but the system has been redesigned, preventing effective communication. The Accrux platform is equally unhelpful, repeatedly telling me I'm "outside core hours" despite attempting contact since morning. I've now been waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes. Unbelievable.
