Frustrated patient highlights communication breakdown with cameron

Reception staff Cameron repeatedly failed to listen to my concerns. I had an appointment with a nurse for blood tests, and she even called me by the wrong name. 😑 The nurse advised me to schedule a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks to review my results. I relayed this to Cameron, who provided me with a date and time. However, when I checked patient access online that evening, I discovered he had booked me for a doctor's telephone callback instead of a nurse appointment. I subsequently cancelled the appointment. This seems like a waste of the doctor's valuable time and resources, as well as my time, just to be told to make another nurse appointment, similar to the previous situation. It's a frustrating and repetitive cycle. Cameron, please listen and pay attention to the details.
