Frustrated patient seeks practice email address

I'm seeking the email address for this medical practice due to my extreme frustration with their service. I've made three attempts to renew my prescription since last week, each time being assured it was possible. However, upon accessing their website, I'm consistently met with a message stating my details require clinical review. After contacting the practice directly, I was informed that my information had been reviewed and I could proceed with the renewal. Unfortunately, this hasn't materialized, and I'm now trying to email the practice about this issue. The only contact information I can find is a phone number, which has proven ineffective. I'm reaching out to the public or someone at QPMC for assistance, as I've lost faith in the practice's ability to help. I'm specifically requesting intervention from the practice head, given that neither clinicians nor IT staff have resolved the problem. I've reluctantly added a star to this review, as the system requires it for posting, though a thumbs-down would more accurately reflect my experience.
