Frustrated patient struggles with dismissive healthcare system

Since relocating to London three years back and registering with my current medical practice two years ago, my experience has progressively deteriorated. Initially, everything seemed fine, but over the past year, I've been repeatedly brushed off and diagnosed with multiple potential issues related to my sleep difficulties. On my fifth attempt to address these concerns, I was simply advised to try antihistamines or valerian root without a proper consultation. It's incredibly frustrating to continuously struggle for medical professionals to acknowledge my health problems. Submitting five separate forms about the same underlying issue within just two months feels completely unreasonable. The communication process is deeply flawed, with receptionists talking over patients and routinely redirecting inquiries to their website instead of providing attentive, personalized assistance.
