Frustrated patient struggles with terrible medical service

The fundamental issue with this medical practice is the complete absence of basic interpersonal courtesy, particularly among reception staff. After being a long-time patient with a dedicated doctor who understood my medical background, I now find myself forced to disclose personal health details to a receptionist in a crowded waiting room, with other patients listening. This breaches the fundamental principle of medical confidentiality, which even law enforcement must respect. Medical information should remain private between a patient and a qualified physician. While administrative staff require record access, they shouldn't be reading detailed personal information. Furthermore, obtaining an appointment has become nearly impossible. On one occasion, I was physically present at the surgery and was inexplicably told to go home and call by phone. The communication breakdown is frustrating. My attempts to see a doctor have been futile; I once received a phone consultation with a physician whose accent was so incomprehensible that meaningful communication was impossible. An in-person consultation would have allowed me to ask critical questions. The triage system is equally problematic - an online form that frequently results in being denied a doctor's appointment. The reception staff's behavior is particularly disappointing; they rarely acknowledge patients, avoiding eye contact and appearing disinterested. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would make a significant difference. I've also struggled with their online service, attempting to set up repeat prescriptions, but encountered repeated technical issues. When seeking help, I was met with shrugs and "we don't know why" responses. Ultimately, I feel completely defeated by this healthcare experience.
