Frustrated patient waiting endlessly for liver scan

I was scheduled for a liver examination on the 23rd of June, and I arrived promptly before my designated time. After checking in, I sat waiting for 15 minutes with no progress. I returned to the front desk to inquire and was informed that the technician was behind schedule. As another 30 minutes passed, I ultimately decided to leave. I am seeking a clear explanation and a sincere apology. It's frustrating that I have professional commitments and cannot afford to waste an entire day waiting. Additionally, it's inconvenient that these liver scans are exclusively conducted on Mondays, which further complicates scheduling.
