Attempting to schedule an appointment has become an exercise in futility. The practice's phone lines are perpetually disengaged, and on the rare occasions when they're operational, one is abruptly disconnected. Seeking assistance through the 111 service only results in redirection to a walk-in clinic. The very purpose of having a general practitioner seems to have been lost in this maze of inaccessibility. In a feeble attempt at modernization, they've introduced an online appointment form. However, this too proves to be a dead end, as it's routinely deactivated at their discretion. The question looms large: how are patients expected to receive medical care when every avenue is systematically blocked? As a long-standing patient of 24 years, I find the current state of affairs at this practice to be nothing short of farcical. The deterioration in service quality and patient care is both alarming and disheartening.
