Frustrated with slow online medical access

Extremely dissatisfied with Parker Drive due to its transformation into a COVID-19 center, forcing patients to travel to the Manor location on Melton Road. I've been persistently trying to access my appointments, test results, and medical records through the online system since early January. Despite weekly phone calls, I'm still encountering zero progress, and it's now March. Following the recommended steps, I've attempted to request online services, but the system now shows my request as merely pending.
