Frustrating and inconsistent healthcare experience

Medical practices can be hit or miss, and I consistently experience significant stress when dealing with my local GP surgery. The telephone staff often come across as unsympathetic and dismissive. While some doctors are excellent once you secure an appointment, others tend to hurry patients through consultations. The waiting room environment is frustrating, with frequent delays caused by patients chatting extensively with receptionists, which can push appointment times back. When you finally get to see the doctor, they might criticize you for being "late" and dismissively ignore your health concerns. The entire experience is so overwhelming that I find myself actively avoiding seeking medical care, even when my health requires attention, simply due to the anxiety the surgery provokes.
