I've utilized the E-Consult service three times, and each instance failed to receive a timely reply as promised. Consequently, I'm forced to endure an exasperating wait in a phone queue exceeding ten minutes. This experience disrupts my daily routine, generates significant anxiety, and hinders my path to recovery. My already reluctant approach to engaging with my GP practice is now further compounded by the additional emotional strain, leaving me feeling utterly defeated and experiencing a substantial decline in my overall well-being.
